| Price | Pro: ¥2,980 a month or ¥29,800 a year (tax included). The first 30 days are free for people subscribing for the first time (once per person). The student plan (university accounts) and Free cost nothing. |
| Other charges | Internet connection charges are borne by the customer. |
| Payment methods | Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered on the Stripe payment page. Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, and receipts are sent by Stripe (Link). |
| Payment timing | With a free period, the first payment is on the day it ends, and then on the same day every month (every year for the yearly plan). Without a free period, the first payment is made when you subscribe. |
| Start of service | You can use Pro as soon as you finish entering your payment details. |
| Cancellation and withdrawal | You can cancel yourself from “Manage billing” on the Plans page; no phone call or other contact is needed. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and return to Free the day after. If you cancel during the free period, you are not charged. The free period is only for people subscribing to Pro for the first time (once per person). |
